Unlike
other Contact Management systems or Sales Force Automation systems,
Contact never allows access of your customer information to your
sales people. With most
applications, your customer information is stored on your sales
people’s PC just waiting for them to download and take to their
next employer. With
Contact NO data is stored on their PC giving you peace of mind that
your information is always safe.
Contact
allows only the administrator access to download customer information
to an Excel spreadsheet.

You'll
choose a company administrator who will assign passwords to everyone,
and limit access to the information, as well as define the times when
access is available.
For
example, support staff may only need the application from 9 a.m. to 5
p.m. Sales staff may need access after hours to update client
information from home; however, you can limit their use of the system
to only allow them to edit customer material.
Sales
managers and directors may want to generate reports from home, check
on their sales teams and add, edit, or delete data 24 hours a day, 7
days a week.

In just a few seconds
you can observe and generate individual or sales team progress
reports. This will encourage your staff to update the system daily.

If

As
well as normal building security, our data is protected by
access control, closed circuit TV and anti-intrusion equipment.

Environmental Conditions
Our
data centre uses a sophisticated building management system to
monitor and control air temperature, humidity, and pressure so that
your equipment operates in an optimum environment at all times.
Fire
and Smoke
Although it's not
likely to happen, we have an advanced detection and suppression
system to provide maximum protection against fire. This system will
only react to the area where the fire is. Equipment outside this
area remains unaffected.
Emergency
Backup
In
case of a power outage, there is a one-hour uninterruptible power
supply provided by the AC and DC power systems.
Up
to 24 hours of additional back up is provided by a diesel generator to
operate all critical equipment for our customers, building management
systems, and network management and control equipment.

You'll have 24 hour access to your information, from anywhere, securely.

We
understand that confidentiality is of primary importance. Any data
that you put into Contact will be viewable only by employees at your
company. Contact is not a website, it is simply a software
application that uses the Internet to communicate.

You
have the option of using our servers with Thawte Super 128 Bit
Secure Socket Layers (SSL). Thawte SSL Server Certificates allows
Contact to communicate securely. SSL protects all communications
within your company including personal, company and customer
information.
We
give you a private IP address. This means that there is no sharing of
data with other Contact customers. This also allows access from remote
locations through a web browser when your notebook is not available.
